You Call That a Major Policy Address? - In a week of devastating revelations about his Iraq policies, Bush has nothing new to say. By Fred Kaplan

Oh boy - things disintegrate vis-a-vis Iraq all week and Bush cons the networks into gviing him one-hour free air-time for one of his staged events, saying nothing new. His so-called "major policy adress" was a phony. What he did was look good when no one was asking him tough questions and a pre-screened crowd of monkeys was there to cheer him on.
