Yahoo! News - Cheney Blunder Lauded Anti-Bush Web Site

Cheney's inability to get the fact straight led to a double-whammy. First, he directed people to "factchech.com" when he meant "factcheck.org."

Small error, you say, but "factcheck.com" is a web site that calls for the defeat of president Bush in no uncertain terms! ;-)

And factcheck.org? Well, I quoted them earlier as saying that Cheney misrepresented their position.

"Cheney ... wrongly implied that we had rebutted allegations Edwards was making about what Cheney had done as chief executive officer of Halliburton," the site said on Wednesday.

So he was doubly wrong! Couldn't happen to a nicer guy - hoisted by your own petard, and all that ;-)
