A thoughtful analysis

What struck me about this anlysis were two things - one, the recognition by Rove that it is always a 49/51 battle. The second - and more astute - is that the conventional wisdom of "it's economy stupid" may be wrong for this Bush. With this Bush it may indeed be, "it's the stupid war, dummy."
