While both the above ar e ncreasing the threat of a terrorist attack, they do not give me nightmares. First, because conventional terrorist attacks - including 9/11 - are minor in comparison to the threat o fnew bioterror weapons.

The writing on the wall is clear - the human race has a decade or so to get its act together - to learn how to live with one another. If we don't some single idiot - or small group of idiots - will use the kind of terrifying weapons that lies inour scientifc future.
