Rare falcon on Martha's Vineyard

No he didn't bring a date with him! The shot above is NOT the Martha's Vineyard bird. The shot of him with the NYT story wasn't so good so I went looking for something else. Some where I'm sure there's a ton of pictures of him - but the best I could find were some general images from Europe.. He's a male, and the image above shows both male and female - the male being the one with the blue-grey head I believe.
