Nahhhhh . . . but when I first saw this rock it looked like one of those newly-formed volcanic islands that thrusts it way up from the sea bottom - minus the smoke, of course. Photo was taken at alittle pond on the road leading into a new recreation area in North Dartmouth, MA off Old Fall River Road in what the map shows as the Shingle Island Swamp - love those place names!
